Hours and Fees

Our office hours are typically 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; we are closed on court holidays.  We can and do, however, meet clients in the evening (or early morning) if a normal hours time is not feasible for the client.  If necessary, weekend consultations can also be arranged (at additional cost) .  Mr. Boldt’s hourly fees are $180---although some cases are handled on a flat fee basis.  Advance payment is required, although this can be done in installments to accommodate a client’s financial situation.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, and American Express.  Initial consultations (typically an hour) are charged at a flat fee of $100.  At that time, Mr. Boldt learns the client’s concerns, answers questions, and discusses possible courses of action.

Our office is located at 606 West Cota Street in Shelton (corner of Sixth and Cota).  Mr. Boldt can also arrange to meet clients in Olympia if that is more convenient.
